Tour De Vaap

It’s an unlikely combination in many ways.  Loud artsy David Byrne and smooth quirky St. Vincent.  But, the combo makes for some very interesting, very catchy music.  ”Who” their first collaborative single features David Byrne belting out the lyrics amongst jazzy saxophones and a walloping drum beat as St. Vincent coos in the background “Who is an honest man?”  Yesterday, they released the music video, which is a simple black and white affair that suites the single very well.  Check out the video above, and look for the full album September 11th (or preview the entire thing at NPR).
